ESD INDUSTRY
The right solution for every ESD industry |
• ESD-compliant according to DIN EN 61340 |
• ESD-compliant according to DIN EN 61340 |
• ESD-compliant according to DIN EN 61340 |
In the Electrostatic Protected Area (EPA), the highest value must be placed on effective personal grounding (shoe-floor system) by equipping employees with suitable ESD footwear, which protects sensitive electronic assemblies by continuously conducting voltages away from the original wrist strap. The overall basis is DIN EN 61340-5-1, and our ESD footwear is of course certified to climate class 1 in accordance with DIN EN IEC 61340-4-3:2018. Thats why significant reductions of possible sources of danger are achieved, especially in the current problems of the supply chain for the procurement of microprocessors and additionally hidden costs in the production processes. In addition, our EPA solution supports the use in sensitive production facilities to define an individual analysis to find a solution.
Electrostatic Discharge
Electrostatic discharge, or ESD for short, refers to the equalization of large potential differences, which causes high voltage pulses. We are continuously expanding our range of ESD shoes and are continuously dealing with the following situations: |
What actually happens during the production of highly sensitive components? |
Which static charges of the employees are still present despite extensively taken ESD measures? |
|
Monitoring of employees at the workplace, measured in volts. |
